Shipping Policy

SHIPPING ORDERS
  • All VNF Products  orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hyderabad, Telangana.

  • Orders can be placed on our website https://vnfprodcuts.com/ anytime, however our operational hours are between 1000 to 1900 hours from Monday to Friday.

  • Depending on the size of the order and number of items in your order, we will process your order within  3 to 4  business days and deliver it to the shipper. Carrier may take 5 to 7 business days to deliver the product. After the order is processed, a shipping notification is generated and sent to the email id, provided at the time of checkout, which will include the carrier tracking number. 

Note : Any discrepancies in the order should be notified to us within 24 hours from the time the package is delivered. Failure to do so will result in non-acceptance of the claim. As Food Items have limited shelf life, discrepancies should be strictly reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery.


SHIPPING TIME

We try our best to ensure all the products are delivered within:


  • Domestic Delivery

    • Metro Cities: (2 – 3 Working days not including public holidays or declared holidays)

    • Non-Metro: (3 – 5 Working days not including public holidays or declared holidays)

    • Remote and Small Areas: (estimate)

    • Same Day Delivery: Only selected locations within Hyderabad

    • Normal Delivery: As(Date) requested by the Customer


  • International Delivery (US Only ) : (5 – 15 Working days not including public holidays or declared holidays)


      P.S. At times, the delivery may take longer than expected due to unavoidable circumstances, (if any). We do not guarantee delivery time for local delivery during festivals. For outstation, since we use a courier service, we do guarantee delivery time.


    Please note that the delivery timing depends on a number of factors like weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions, and other special events. However, we will always endeavor to complete the delivery as early as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery. In situations outside of VNF Products control (Product unavailability, Public holidays, Strikes, Natural Disasters, etc.), there could be a delay in shipping the Order.


      Products will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer while placing the order. VNF Products will not be responsible for delivery delays in case an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. VNF Products will not deliver to post-box-only addresses. For any changes to the Order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. VNF Products will try to accommodate the changes as much as possible depending on order status and other parameters. No changes will be accepted once the order has been shipped.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will get an email with the tracking details as soon as the product is shipped.
Any charges like GST, Customs Tax, Customs Excise Duty, Service Tax, or any Direct or Indirect taxes, post shipment, in any Country, State/Province, City/Town, or District, both National and International, will be liable to the consignee/customer.
