1. USE OF VNFPRODUCTS
You agree and acknowledge that vnfproducts is an online platform that enables you to purchase the products listed on vnfproducts at the indicated price at any time from the serviceable locations . Except where we are the seller of the relevant product on vnfproducts, you agree and acknowledge that we are only a facilitator and are not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions on vnfproducts. Accordingly, such contract of sale of products on the website shall be a strictly bipartite contract between you and the sellers on vnfproducts.

Consequently, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the Account Information and for restricting access to your computer/mobile/other similar devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You will at all times keep your Account Information current and accurate. You can access and update much of the Account Information you provided us with in the ‘Your Account’ area of the website.
3.3. You will: (a) immediately inform vnfproducts of any unauthorized use of the account or any other security breach; and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. vnfproducts will not be liable for any loss or direct or indirect damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms of Use. You may be held liable for any losses incurred to vnfproducts or any other user due to unauthorized use of their account, resulting from your failure to keep your Account Information safe, secure and confidential. We reserve the right to refuse access to vnfproducts, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without notice to you.
4. COMMUNICATION AND UNSUBSCRIPTION
4.1. You understand that once you have shared your Account Information and successfully registered on vnfproducts, you may receive SMS or email notifications from vnfproducts relating to your registration and transactions on vnfproducts.
4.2. You may also receive such notifications regarding any marketing / promotional activities that maybe available on vnfproducts from time to time. By sharing your Account Information and registering on vnfproducts and/ or verifying your contact number with us, you explicitly consent to receive marketing/ promotional communications (through call, SMS, email or other digital and electronic means) from us and/or our authorized representatives regarding any new services or offerings, even if your contact number is registered under the DND/NCPR list under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018.
4.3. You can unsubscribe / opt-out from receiving marketing/ promotional communications, newsletters and other notifications from vnfproducts at any time by following the instructions set out in such communications.
5. ACCESS TO PLATFORM
5.1. Your use of vnfproducts, the Services, and access to the vnfproducts Content ( as defined below) is subject to a limited, revocable and non-exclusive license which is granted to you when you register on vnfproducts. You will use vnfproducts solely for identifying products, carrying out purchases of products and processing returns and refunds, in accordance with Return and Refund Policy, for your personal use only and not for business purposes.
Please note that Vindhya Natural Fresh Products at all times reserves the right to refuse your access to vnfproducts, terminate/deactivate your account, remove or edit content on vnfproducts, at its discretion.

6.1. 7. CONTENT ON PLATFORM
7.1. All information, content, material, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, interface, design and the collection, arrangement and assembly of the content on vnfproducts or any of the other Services are the property of Reliance or its affiliates (“vnfproducts Content”), and are protected under copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Further, all trademarks, services marks, trade names and trade secrets in relation to vnfproducts whether or not displayed on vnfproducts, are proprietary to Reliance.
7.2. No information, content or material from vnfproducts (including the vnfproducts Content) may be copied, reproduced, republished, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed or otherwise exploited in any way (including for any commercial purpose). You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Vindhya Natural Fresh's or its affiliates’ names or trademarks without the express written consent of Vindhya Natural Fresh and/or its affiliates, as applicable. Any unauthorized use terminates the permissions granted in these Terms of Use.
8. DISCLAIMERS
8.1. Reliance will try to make access to and use of vnfproducts error-free and without interruptions. However, your access to vnfproducts may be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or for introduction of new facilities or services on vnfproducts. Vindhya Natural Fresh does not take responsibility for any access or usage problems that arise from internet related issues at your end.
8.2. To help you in identifying the products of your choice, description of the products are provided on vnfproducts by the relevant seller through photographs, videos, charts, screenshots, infographics and other visual aids. While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate visual representations, the appearance/color of the products when delivered may differ for various reasons.
8.5. The Services included on vnfproducts are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied, except as otherwise specified in writing. Reliance does not covenant or provide any representations and warranties:
8.5.1. in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose/consumption or the content (including product or pricing information and/or specifications) on vnfproducts;
8.5.2. that the operation of vnfproducts, including the functions contained in any content, information and materials on vnfproducts or any third-party sites or services linked to vnfproducts will be uninterrupted, or that the defects will be rectified, or that vnfproducts or the servers that make such content, information and materials available are free of viruses or other harmful components; and
8.5.4. that the vnfproducts Content available on vnfproducts is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
8.6.To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reliance disclaims any liability against any loss, damage, expenses, liabilities, claim, injury caused due to the failure of performance, omission, defect of products, or deletion, interruption, error, delay, virus, communication, unauthorised access, theft, destruction, alteration or use of records on vnfproducts.
8.7. Vindhya Natural Fresh is not responsible for the content of any third party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of material on such sites. If you decide to access links of any third party platforms, you are doing so entirely at your own risk and expense.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The terms and conditions of sale as set out herein (“ Terms of Sale”) constitute an agreement between the person/ entity listed as seller (“we”, “us” or “our”) on the portal www.vnfproducts.com and its corresponding mobile application (collectively, “vnfproducts”) and you (“ you” or “your”) and govern your purchase of the products (“Product(s)”) from us on or through vnfproducts. By placing an order for any Product with us or making a purchase of Product, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
These Terms of Sale are in addition to various agreements, Service Terms, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and all other policies of vnfproducts. These Terms of Sale constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. 1. Return and Refund
1.1 Delivery not done due to wrong address.
1.2 Recipient not available.
1.3 Premises locked.
1.4 In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
1.5 In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.
Important information
1.Products can be returned or exchanged only if the original receipt is presented.
2.The refund or exchange shall be subject to inspection and in case it is not approved, then no refund & exchange shall be initiated.
3.The Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4.The credit note cannot be exchanged or extended beyond the validity mentioned on it.
5.We may change our Return & Exchange policy from time to time.

for perishable products from the purchase date, we cannot offer you a return & exchange.

c) Netbanking/Direct Debit payments from select banks in India. A full
list is available at the time of Check Out and prior to making payments for purchases
d) Cash On Delivery. As per
the government ruling we shall not be accepting any 500 and 1000 rupees notes for CoD orders
till further notice.
e) Card on Delivery As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing
the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and MasterCard you will required to submit your
16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the
card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You should also have
enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete
the transaction. Your credit card or debit card statements will reflect Net Distribution Services
Private Limited. In case of third party statements including bank and credit card statements the
merchant name may appear in an abbreviated format. To place an order you will need to complete the
transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call with the customer
service representative. By placing an order on the site or on phone, you are agreeing to the terms
and conditions and payment policy published in the appropriate section of the website or affiliated
websites where specifically referred to such affiliated websites. After you have made your selection
and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section.
The return and exchange shall be in the form credit note only and there would be no refund of cash. The date of purchase is printed on the receipt.
2. Product Availability
We list availability information for the Products on the relevant webpage of vnfproducts. Beyond what we say on that webpage or otherwise on vnfproducts, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any Products you order turn out to be unavailable or out of stock.
3. Payment Options
In this section you will be asked for address and other contact information as well as payment related information Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank or Credit Card Company. It is at this stage that the sale is said to be complete. Thereafter your products will be shipped based on product availability and completion of logistics operations related to the same.

4.1. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Price, as displayed, is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
4.2. Products in your shopping cart of vnfproducts will reflect the most recent price as displayed on the Product’s information webpage on vnfproducts. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the Product when you first placed it in your shopping cart. Placing a Product in your shopping cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. You acknowledge that there may be licenses/permissions required under the applicable laws to use, purchase or otherwise possess certain Product(s). You will be solely responsible for obtaining such licenses/permissions and complying with the terms of such licenses/permissions.
6. Taxes
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of Products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes.

We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when a contract for the sale of Product by us to you was formed.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these Terms of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms of Sale in force at the time you order Product from us, unless any change to those policies or these Terms of Sale is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
10. Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
11. Waiver
No provision in these Terms of Sale will be deemed waived and no breach excused, unless such waiver or consent is in writing and signed by us. Our consent to, or waiver of your breach, whether expressed or implied, will not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Sale, all transactions consummated between you and us, and our relationship with you is governed by the laws of India, without reference to any conflict of laws principles and with an exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Hyderabad.
